1.  All electronics will be gathered by the coach before entering the meet site.

2.  Electronics of any kind are not allowed to be used at a Knowledge Bowl meet--they will be taken away and given to the coach.

3.  If a student is found with a phone during a written round--the team will not receive their score for the written round (the student could have been on the Internet or texting someone to get an answer).

4.  If a student is found with a phone during an oral round--the student will be removed from the competition for that round and the team will lose the points they have earned up to that point of that oral round (the student could have been on the Internet or texting someone to get an answer).

5.  If a student is found with a phone while watching competition--they will be removed from the room and not allowed to compete in the next round of play.

6.  If a student is found with a phone in any other area--they will not be allowed to compete in the next round of play.

CAMERAS:  Cameras are considered an electronic device and could be used to take a picture of a page of questions or answers and passed on to other teams that have not yet competed with the current set of questions.  Cameras are not allowed to be used until the meet is over.

ADULT SUPERVISION:  In the event that a student must use their phone--they must do so with the permission of and in the presence of their coach or another supervising adult.  If the student would like to take a picture(s)--they must do so with the permission of and in the presence of their coach or another supervising adult.
